Rescue Horse

The latest Northland Rescue Helicopter story book, Rescue Horse, is the first in the series to be based on a true rescue.

This year, the sixth instalment focusses on a young survivor of an accident on the beach at Whananaki South.

That survivor is Northland Rescue Helicopter Ambassador Monique Bradley and the book is a true story of Monique’s accident many years ago that could have killed her.

Rescue Horse is out now, with all proceeds helping to keep our helicopters in the air and saving lives.
